CRM is the fundamental part of all training and operation within aviation in order to achieve and maintain safety within aviation. It is therefore of essential to provide the crew and staff with proper and high quality training in this subject.

Initial CRM training, 16 hrs

Prior qualifications needed: Completed full MCC-training.

TRI/SFI/LTC/Ground Instructor CRM training, 40 hrs

A complete CRM training for trainers  according to our syllabus.

Commanders CRM training, 24 hrs

A complete CRM training in order to get the candidates ready for command.

The core of the training is leadership and teamwork.

Recurrent CRM training, 8 hrs

Prior qualification needed: You have completed Initial CRM training according to our syllabus whithin the las 12 months.

Conversion CRM training, 8 hrs.

Prior qualification needed: You have completed Initial CRM training according to our syllabus whithin the las 12 months.

This training is needed when changing SOP or aircraft type.

Stress and fatigue management training, 16 hrs.

This training is general and mainly used for ground and office personnell.
